Pre-Call Setup
Section titled “Pre-Call Setup”Before joining, you’ll check your audio and video.
Video Preview
Section titled “Video Preview”You’ll see:
- Your camera view
- How you appear to others
- Option to turn off video
Audio Check
Section titled “Audio Check”Verify your microphone:
- Speak and watch the level indicator
- Ensure your voice is picked up
- Select a different mic if needed
Device Selection
Section titled “Device Selection”If you have multiple devices:
- Click the dropdown
- Select your preferred camera
- Select your preferred microphone
- Select your speakers
Ready to Join
Section titled “Ready to Join”Once everything looks good:
- Complete the intake form
- Click “Join Meeting”
- The meeting room loads
