What's New
Everything we ship to BuzzTrail, newest first.
Entries are added when a change is live and verified in production, so anything listed here is already working in your account. Updates that only affect our internal systems aren’t listed.
28 July 2026
Section titled “28 July 2026”- Your assistant stays inside what it actually knows. When a guest asks about something outside your uploaded material, the assistant now says so and offers a follow-up, instead of inventing specifics. Asking the same question twice also gives consistent answers.
- No more dead-end conversations. Previously an assistant could get stuck answering every remaining question with “I’ll follow up by email.” It now recovers and keeps answering properly, so prospects get a real conversation.
27 July 2026
Section titled “27 July 2026”- Hosts keep the presenter they chose. A host could previously be switched, without warning, to a retired stock presenter. Your selected presenter is now always the one that appears.
26 July 2026
Section titled “26 July 2026”- Meetings keep running. Fixed a fault that could freeze an assistant mid-conversation and restart it, losing everything discussed so far. Meetings now continue, or hand off cleanly to a person.
- Screen sharing stays smooth. Sharing your screen during a meeting no longer causes the assistant to stop responding or talk over an interruption.
23 July 2026
Section titled “23 July 2026”- Nobody gets stranded. If a conversation goes wrong, guests are now always offered a way forward — at worst they leave with a booked follow-up with a person, never stuck in a loop.
22 July 2026
Section titled “22 July 2026”- A trustworthy first 30 seconds. The setup screen before a meeting now shows and lets guests pick their real camera and microphone, with clear guidance if something’s blocked.
- Intake forms behave predictably. Building your intake form no longer has invisible selections or toggles that can’t be switched back.
- Auto-join stays off when you turn it off. Disabling auto-join now reliably sticks, so an assistant can’t rejoin a meeting you meant to keep private.
21 July 2026
Section titled “21 July 2026”- Setup finishes even if we can’t read your website. If your site can’t be read automatically, you can now paste your details or point us at a different page and still complete onboarding.
- Chat you can rely on. In-meeting chat is dependable for the things that are awkward to say out loud — an email address, a link, an unusual name.
- Correct pronunciation from the first sentence. Assistants now pronounce product and company names properly rather than spelling out or mangling them.
- Guests land where you sent them. The redirect at the end of a meeting now works consistently, so you don’t lose people at the finish line.
- Misrouted leads come back. If a good lead is classified incorrectly, it now resurfaces immediately with the right next step rather than being lost.
20 July 2026
Section titled “20 July 2026”- See how your routing is performing. New reporting shows where leads are being routed and where routing needs adjusting.
- Leads carry their segment everywhere. Every lead you view or export is tagged with the segment it was routed as, so your digests and spreadsheets match what happened in the meeting.
18 July 2026
Section titled “18 July 2026”- No lost leads on the intake form. Fixed a fault where submitting the form twice quickly could leave a guest stuck and lose the lead.
17 July 2026
Section titled “17 July 2026”- Route meetings by lead quality. Qualified buyers can be offered a meeting with your team while everyone else still gets a genuinely useful next step — protecting your team’s calendar without turning anyone away empty-handed.
- One clear control for your knowledge sources. Remove a source and re-add it whenever you like — nothing is lost — and your assistant updates to match.
- Custom presenters build reliably. Fixed “training failed” dead-ends for custom presenters that had in fact been created successfully.
