Branding

Customize how your Personal Link looks to match your brand. Your branding appears across the guest experience — from the pre-call setup page to embed widgets and follow-up emails.

When you add a website to your knowledge sources, BuzzTrail automatically detects your brand elements:

  • Colors — primary and accent colors extracted from your website
  • Logo — pulled from your site’s metadata, favicon, or public logo services
  • Company name — detected from your website, when it can be read reliably
  • Font — matched to the closest available font from your site

You can accept the auto-detected values or customize them manually. Auto-detected branding is marked so you always know what was set automatically versus manually.

Company Name may be left blank by auto-detection. Many websites don’t expose their company name in a way that can be read reliably, and detection will leave the field empty rather than fill it with something that isn’t your name — a web address, or your homepage’s page title. An empty field is not an error; type your company name in and it is used exactly as you enter it. Your own edits are never overwritten by a later detection run.

Your company or business name.

This is more than a label. As well as appearing on the pre-call setup page, it is written into the follow-up emails your prospects receive — in sentences like “I’ll have the Digital Brew team send that over.” Worth setting by hand and reading back, since a prospect sees it.

If it is blank, or holds something that isn’t a company name, follow-up emails say “our team” instead. See Follow-Up Emails.

A short description or slogan shown beneath your company name. Use it to set expectations for the meeting (e.g., “AI-powered product demos” or “Let’s find the right solution for you”).

Upload your company logo:

  • Appears on the pre-call setup page and post-call redirect page
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF
  • Max size: 2MB
  • Recommended: Square format for best display across all contexts
  • Drag and drop or click to upload
  • Optional alt text for accessibility

Set your brand colors using the color picker or by entering values directly:

  • Primary color — used for buttons, links, and key UI elements
  • Accent color — used for highlights and secondary elements

Both pickers accept:

  • Hex codes — e.g., #4F46E5
  • RGB values — e.g., rgb(79, 70, 229)

A live preview updates as you adjust colors, so you can see exactly how your choices look before saving.

Choose from 25 fonts to match your brand identity:

Sans-serif: System Default, Inter, DM Sans, Plus Jakarta Sans, Manrope, Outfit, Space Grotesk, Sora, Figtree, Poppins, Nunito, Work Sans, Rubik, Lexend, Montserrat, Lato, Open Sans, Roboto, Source Sans 3, Barlow, Futura PT

Serif: Playfair Display, Merriweather, Lora, Source Serif 4

The selected font is applied to your pre-call setup page and embed widgets.

Your brand identity is applied consistently across the guest experience:

  • Pre-call setup page — logo, company name, tagline, colors, and font are displayed where guests enter their information and test their devices
  • Embed widgets — your brand colors are used as defaults in the widget configurator, so widgets match your site out of the box
  • Follow-up emails — your company name is used in the body of the email, in sentences your prospect reads
  • Post-call redirect page — your logo, company name, and brand colors are shown during the countdown before redirect

Changes take effect immediately for all future meetings. Existing active meetings are not affected.
