After the Meeting
Section titled “After the Meeting”Here’s what to expect when your meeting concludes.
Meeting End
Section titled “Meeting End”The meeting ends when:
- The AI wraps up the conversation naturally
- You click Leave Meeting
- The meeting reaches its time limit
What You’ll See
Section titled “What You’ll See”After the meeting ends, you’ll be redirected to:
- A thank you page with a summary of your conversation, or
- The host’s website or a custom page chosen by the host
Follow-Up Email
Section titled “Follow-Up Email”If the host has follow-up emails enabled, you’ll receive an email shortly after the meeting. The email includes:
- Meeting summary — an overview of what was discussed
- Action items — any next steps or tasks mentioned during the conversation
- Helpful links — resources the host has chosen to share (product pages, pricing, documentation)
- Meeting link — a link to chat with the AI again if you have more questions
The email comes from the AI avatar you spoke with, and you can reply directly to reach the human host.
Unsubscribe
Section titled “Unsubscribe”Every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing stops future emails from this specific host only — it does not affect emails from other hosts.
What the Host Receives
Section titled “What the Host Receives”After your meeting, the host gets:
- Full conversation transcript
- Summary of key points discussed
- Any information you shared (email, phone number, company name)
- Follow-up email delivery status
