Knowledge Setup
Section titled “Knowledge Setup”Train your AI with company information:
- Websites - Your company domain is added automatically; add more URLs for product pages, FAQs, pricing
- Documents - Upload PDFs, text files, and other materials
Your AI prompt is auto-generated when website crawling completes. You can review and customize it in Settings.
Past transcripts are different. Importing transcripts from a connected note-taker, or uploading a transcript file, is used for training review — to improve how your avatar responds. Uploaded transcripts are not added to your avatar’s knowledge. See Rating Responses.

Calendar
Section titled “Calendar”Connect your Google Calendar to:
- Auto-sync meetings with video call URLs
