Behavior
Behavior
Section titled “Behavior”The Behavior tab is the first stop in Configuration. It controls how your agent presents itself and how it runs a conversation. You’ll set three things here: the face, the voice, and the sales framework.
Choose a Face
Section titled “Choose a Face”Pick the persona your guests will see during meetings.
- Filter the available personas by gender to narrow the list
- Select the persona whose look fits your brand and audience
- Want a face that looks like you instead? See Custom Avatars
Choose a Voice
Section titled “Choose a Voice”Each persona comes with a default voice, including its accent.
- Keep the default voice, or override it to match your preference
- Choose the accent that best suits your audience
- Voice selection is per-agent, so different agents can sound different
Choose a Sales Framework
Section titled “Choose a Sales Framework”The sales framework guides how your agent asks questions and qualifies prospects during a conversation. Pick the one that matches how your team sells:
- MEDDIC — qualify on metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, identify pain, and champion
- MEDDPICC — MEDDIC extended to eight elements: Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Paper process, Identify pain, Competition, and Champion
- BANT — focus on budget, authority, need, and timing
- SPIN — uncover needs through situation, problem, implication, and need-payoff questions
- Challenger — teach, tailor, and take control of the conversation
- None / Custom — no built-in framework; choose this when you run your own methodology or none of the standard frameworks fit
Your chosen framework shapes the questions your agent asks and how it moves a prospect toward the next step.
Post-Call Scorecard
Section titled “Post-Call Scorecard”After a meeting, your agent’s analysis grades the conversation against the framework you picked — one row per criterion, with the supporting quotes behind each score. The number of criteria depends on the framework:
| Framework | Criteria scored |
|---|---|
| MEDDIC | 6 |
| MEDDPICC | 8 |
| BANT | 4 |
| SPIN | 4 |
| Challenger | 3 |
| None / Custom | No scorecard |
Choosing None / Custom produces no framework scorecard — it signals that you run your own methodology. Your agent still captures the full transcript, summary, and action items for every meeting.
Saving Changes
Section titled “Saving Changes”Adjust any of these settings at any time. Changes apply to future meetings, so you can refine your agent’s look, voice, and approach as you learn what works.
