Intake Form
Section titled “Intake Form”Collect guest information before meetings.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”The intake form shows exactly the fields you configure — no default fields are added automatically. If you haven’t configured any intake fields, guests won’t see a form before joining.
Configuring Fields
Section titled “Configuring Fields”Add your own questions in Personal Link settings:
- Text fields
- Dropdowns
- Checkboxes
Field order is preserved exactly as you configure it.
Common Fields
Section titled “Common Fields”Typical intake forms include:
- Name
- Company
- Role or title
- How they heard about you
Data Usage
Section titled “Data Usage”Responses are:
- Available in the transcript
- Used by the AI in conversation (providing context about the guest)
- Stored with the meeting record
