Knowledge
Knowledge
Section titled “Knowledge”The Knowledge tab is where you give your agent the information it draws on during meetings. The more relevant content you add, the more knowledgeable and helpful your agent becomes. It has two tabs: Content and Review.
Content
Section titled “Content”The Content tab is where you add and manage your knowledge sources.
Website
Section titled “Website”Add website links and your agent learns from the content:
- Add a domain or specific page URL
- The content is processed automatically
- When your knowledge changes, your assistant updates itself shortly afterwards (see Your assistant updates itself below)
Your own domain is added automatically when you sign up, so your agent starts with knowledge of your business right away.
Removing a website
Section titled “Removing a website”Each website in your list has a trash-can button. Clicking it asks you to confirm — “Remove website?” — and explains what happens: the domain will be removed for this assistant and no longer used in its responses. Your indexed data is not destroyed — re-add the domain anytime to restore it.
So removing a source is safe and reversible: the site disappears from your list and your assistant stops drawing on it, but nothing is permanently deleted. If you change your mind, just add the same domain again and its knowledge is restored.
Upload
Section titled “Upload”Upload documents for your agent to learn from:
- Drag and drop files such as PDFs or text documents
- Uploaded files appear in a list so you can see what’s been added
- Add or remove documents at any time
Documents are great for detailed reference material like specs, pricing sheets, and case studies.
Your Assistant Updates Itself
Section titled “Your Assistant Updates Itself”Whenever you add or remove knowledge sources, your assistant’s guidance is refreshed automatically so what it says stays in step with what it knows. You don’t need to do anything — but the Content tab keeps you informed with an honest status line:
- “Assistant update scheduled — finishing your edits” — the platform waits briefly after your last change so a batch of edits results in one update, not one per click. An Update now button lets you skip the wait.
- “Updating your assistant…” — the update is in progress.
- No status shown — your assistant is up to date.
An update typically completes within roughly 10–15 minutes of finishing your edits (sooner if you press Update now).
If something goes wrong, you’ll see “The last assistant update failed.” with a Try again button — press it to run the update again. Your assistant keeps working with its previous guidance in the meantime, so a failed update never takes it offline.
Review
Section titled “Review”The Review tab shows automatically detected entities and sensitive data found in your knowledge sources.
- See what the platform has identified across your content
- Review flagged information so you stay aware of what your agent can access
This gives you visibility into the details pulled from your websites and documents, helping you keep your agent’s knowledge accurate and appropriate.
How It Works Together
Section titled “How It Works Together”Your agent blends all your knowledge sources during meetings. It doesn’t cite them explicitly — it simply draws on the information to give well-informed, on-brand answers.
