Resource Links

During meetings, your AI avatar can share relevant links with guests at the right moment in conversation. When a prospect asks about pricing, the AI shares your pricing page. When they want to see a case study, the AI provides one. This happens automatically based on the knowledge sources you’ve configured.

When you add URLs as knowledge sources, BuzzTrail categorizes each one based on its content:

  • Shareable — links the AI can send to guests during conversation
  • Knowledge-only — content the AI learns from but never shares directly

The categorization happens automatically when a URL is indexed. The AI uses shareable links during meetings when they’re relevant to the conversation.

These URL types are categorized as shareable and may be sent to guests:

  • Pricing — pricing pages, plan comparisons
  • Sign-up — registration pages, free trial links
  • Contact — contact forms, booking pages
  • Features — product feature pages, capability overviews
  • Case studies — customer stories, testimonials, success metrics

These URL types train the AI but are never shared directly with guests:

  • Documentation — technical docs, API references
  • Blog posts — thought leadership, industry commentary
  • Tutorials — how-to guides, getting started content
  • Internal pages — about us, careers, team pages

The AI shares links contextually during conversation. For example:

  • Guest asks “How much does it cost?” — AI discusses pricing and shares the pricing page link
  • Guest says “Do you have any customer examples?” — AI describes a relevant case study and shares the link
  • Guest asks “How do I get started?” — AI explains the process and shares the sign-up page

Links appear in the meeting chat alongside the AI’s verbal response, so guests can click through at their convenience.

To control which links your AI can share:

  1. Go to Settings → Knowledge
  2. Your added URLs show their current category
  3. Add new URLs that you want the AI to be able to share — pricing, features, and case study pages are the most commonly shared
  4. Remove or disable URLs you no longer want shared

The more relevant URLs you add, the more helpful your AI can be when prospects ask for specific information.

  • Add your pricing page — it’s the most commonly requested link in sales conversations
  • Include case studies — prospects frequently ask for customer examples
  • Keep URLs current — if you update your website structure, update the URLs in your knowledge sources
  • Quality over quantity — a few highly relevant shareable links are better than dozens of marginal ones
