Dashboard Actions
Section titled “Dashboard Actions”Quick actions available from your BuzzTrail dashboard.
Meeting Controls
Section titled “Meeting Controls”End Meeting
Section titled “End Meeting”Stop any live meeting immediately:
- Find the meeting in Live Meetings
- Click the meeting card
- Select “End Meeting”
- Confirm your choice
The AI will wrap up the conversation naturally before disconnecting.
Kick Avatar (Emergency)
Section titled “Kick Avatar (Emergency)”If something goes wrong:
- Click “Emergency Stop” on the meeting
- The avatar disconnects immediately
- The meeting recording saves automatically
Use this only when necessary - normal “End Meeting” is preferred.
Navigation Actions
Section titled “Navigation Actions”Quick Add Meeting
Section titled “Quick Add Meeting”Add a new meeting directly from the dashboard:
- Click “Add Meeting” button
- Paste the meeting URL
- Select bot mode
- Save
View All Meetings
Section titled “View All Meetings”Access your full meeting list:
- Click “View All” in any section
- Opens the complete Meetings page
- Includes filtering and search
