Dashboard Actions
Section titled “Dashboard Actions”Your Dashboard is the home base for everything happening with your agent. Here’s what you can do from it.
Open a Conversation
Section titled “Open a Conversation”Click any card in Live Now or Latest Conversations to open that conversation. Live cards let you review the transcript and step in; past cards open the full transcript and recording.
View All
Section titled “View All”Each section has a View all link:
- Live Now → View all opens Live Conversations.
- Latest Conversations → View all opens the full Conversations page.
Manage Usage and Billing
Section titled “Manage Usage and Billing”The Usage This Month section shows a progress bar with your free minutes used and an estimated cost for the month. Use it to keep an eye on consumption and head to billing when you want to review or adjust your plan.
Finish Setting Up
Section titled “Finish Setting Up”While you’re getting started, the dashboard shows a setup checklist or a prompt to connect your calendar. Work through these steps so your agent can start joining meetings automatically. See Integrations to connect a calendar or note-taker.
