Section titled “Guest Guide”Welcome! You’ve been invited to a meeting powered by BuzzTrail. This guide explains what to expect.
What is BuzzTrail?
Section titled “What is BuzzTrail?”BuzzTrail enables hosts to conduct meetings using an AI avatar. You’ll have a conversation with an AI representative who can:
- Answer questions about products or services
- Gather information to help qualify your needs
- Schedule follow-up meetings with a human
What to Expect
Section titled “What to Expect”Before the Meeting
Section titled “Before the Meeting”- Click the meeting link you received
- Allow camera and microphone access
- Complete a brief intake form
- Enter the meeting room
During the Meeting
Section titled “During the Meeting”- You’ll see and hear an AI avatar on video
- Speak naturally as you would in any video call
- The AI will ask questions and respond to yours
- A transcript is captured for the host
After the Meeting
Section titled “After the Meeting”- The meeting ends naturally or you can leave anytime
- You may be redirected to a follow-up page
- The host receives a summary of your conversation
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Is this a real person?
Section titled “Is this a real person?”No, you’re meeting with an AI avatar. The host has trained this AI to represent them.
Can I speak to a human?
Section titled “Can I speak to a human?”The AI can schedule a follow-up meeting with a human if you prefer.
Is my conversation private?
Section titled “Is my conversation private?”Your conversation is recorded for the host to review. They use it to better serve you.
