Custom Avatars

Create a custom avatar based on your own likeness so your agent looks and sounds like you during meetings, giving guests a more personal experience.

Your Custom Avatars

The Custom Avatars tab lists every avatar you’ve created, each with a status badge so you always know where it stands:

Uploading — your recording is being uploaded
Training — your avatar is being created
Active — ready to use in meetings
Failed — training didn’t complete (you can try again)
Archived — set aside and no longer in active use

Creating a Custom Avatar

Click Create Custom Avatar to open the guided wizard. It walks you step by step through training a new avatar from your own likeness, including recording a short video and naming your avatar.

You don’t need any special skills — just follow the on-screen instructions. Once you submit, training runs automatically and the status badge updates as your avatar moves toward Active.

Recording Tips

For the best results, follow the guidance shown in the wizard. In general:

Record in a well-lit space with even, diffuse lighting
Keep a simple, static background with no distractions
Position your camera at eye level and stay centered in frame
Make sure your full face is visible — no hats or sunglasses

Using Your Avatar

Your avatar is ready to use the moment training finishes — there’s no approval step or review wait. As soon as it shows the Active badge, it appears in your avatar picker and can run your meetings right away: just select it as your agent’s face on the Behavior tab.

When it’s the only custom avatar on your account, it automatically becomes the face your meetings use as soon as it’s ready — you don’t have to select anything. If you have more than one custom avatar, it becomes the active face for your meetings once you select it. To create another avatar, open the wizard again with Create Custom Avatar.
