Conversations Overview
Conversations Overview
Section titled “Conversations Overview”Conversations is the second item in the left sidebar. It brings everything your agent is doing — and has done — into a single page: live meetings at the top, your full history below. (This replaces the separate “Live Meetings” and “Past Meetings” screens; old links to either now open Conversations.)
Use the Refresh button in the top-right to pull the latest live and past activity at any time.
Honest by design: when a guest asks about something that isn’t in your agent’s knowledge, it won’t guess. It warmly acknowledges the gap and offers to follow up with the exact details — so your prospects only ever get answers they can rely on. Keeping your knowledge current is the best way to give it more it can answer directly.
The Live section sits at the top of the page, marked with a pulsing red dot and a count of how many meetings are active right now. When nothing is live, you’ll see “No live conversations right now.”
Each live meeting shows as a wide card with everything you need to follow along or step in:
- Status — Waiting Room, In Progress, or Wrapping Up
- Participants who have joined, with their name and company
- A live transcript preview of the conversation as it happens
- A highlighted alert if a guest has asked to speak with a human
You can also act on a live meeting directly from its card — join alongside your agent, take over the conversation, pass a silent note, or have the agent leave. See Live Conversations for the full set of controls.
Below the live section, your completed conversations are grouped by date (Today, Yesterday, then by day). Each one appears as a compact card with:
- A still image or branded placeholder
- The conversation duration
- A title and the date and time it took place
Click any card to open the full conversation — transcript, recording, and details. See Past Conversations.
Only real conversations appear in the Past list. Empty sessions with no participants and no transcript are hidden automatically.
Opening a Conversation
Section titled “Opening a Conversation”Selecting any past conversation opens its detail view, where you can read the full transcript, play the synced recording, and review what was shared. See the Transcripts section for everything you can do there.
Each conversation also has an Outcome tab — the qualification answers extracted from the call, each backed by the exact words the prospect used, plus a priority ranking. Your outcomes across every conversation are collected and ranked under Leads in the sidebar. See Structured Outcomes & Ranked Leads.
Managing Conversations
Section titled “Managing Conversations”- End a meeting early — wrap up a live conversation from its card
- Delete a conversation — remove a conversation and its transcript
- Troubleshooting — what to do when something looks off
Where do meetings come from?
Section titled “Where do meetings come from?”Your agent joins meetings automatically — there’s no manual “add meeting” step. Connect your Google Calendar or a note-taker so scheduled calls are picked up for you, or share your Personal Link so anyone can start a conversation on demand. See Integrations to set this up.
