Dashboard Overview
Dashboard Overview
Section titled “Dashboard Overview”Your dashboard gives you a quick view of meeting activity and key metrics.
Stat Cards
Section titled “Stat Cards”Three cards at the top of the dashboard show your key numbers:
- Total Meetings — meetings held this month. Click to view your past meetings list.
- Avatar Minutes Used — minutes of AI avatar time consumed this billing period. If you have a monthly cap set, this shows your usage against your limit with a progress bar. Click to go to billing settings.
- Upcoming Meetings — scheduled meetings that haven’t started yet. Click to view your upcoming meetings list.
Live Meetings
Section titled “Live Meetings”When meetings are in progress, they appear as cards on your dashboard:
- Participant name and meeting duration
- Live transcript preview showing the conversation as it happens
- Quick actions to view meeting details or end the meeting early
- A highlighted indicator appears if a guest has requested to speak with a human
Past Meetings
Section titled “Past Meetings”Below live meetings, your recent completed meetings are listed. Click any meeting to view:
- Full conversation transcript
- Meeting duration and participant details
- Follow-up email status (if enabled)
- Key information shared during the conversation
Getting Started
Section titled “Getting Started”If you haven’t connected your calendar yet, the dashboard shows a prompt to connect it. Once connected, your upcoming meetings appear automatically.
