Personal Link Overview

Your Personal Link is a shareable URL that lets anyone start an AI-powered meeting with you — anytime, from anywhere. Share it on your website, in emails, on social media, or anywhere you connect with prospects and customers.

How It Works

When someone clicks your Personal Link, they go through a seamless flow:

Intake form — the guest enters their name, email, and any other details you’ve configured
Device setup — they test their camera and microphone
Join meeting — they’re connected to your AI avatar for a live conversation
Post-call — after the meeting, they’re redirected to a URL you choose (or shown a summary page)

The entire experience is branded with your company’s logo, colors, and font — guests see your identity, not ours.

Your Link URL

Your Personal Link follows the format:

platform.buzztrail.ai/my/{slug}

The slug is an auto-generated 8-character code (e.g., abc2defg). You can regenerate it at any time if needed — the old link will stop working and the new one takes effect immediately.

What You Can Customize

Your Personal Link is highly configurable. Each aspect has its own settings page:

Intake form — choose what information guests provide before the meeting (name, email, company, job title, and more)
Branding — set your company logo, colors, font, and tagline
Embed widget — add a meeting button, video thumbnail, or chat bubble directly on your website
Post-call redirect — send guests to a specific URL after the meeting ends
Follow-up emails — automatically send a personalized recap email with summary and action items
Human scheduling fallback — provide a calendar booking link for guests who’d prefer to speak with a person

How the AI Uses Guest Info

Information collected on the intake form is passed directly to your AI avatar. This means the AI can:

Greet the guest by name — “Hi Sarah, thanks for joining!”
Reference their company — “I see you’re with Acme Corp — let me tailor this to your needs”
Adapt the conversation — use job title, company size, or other details to personalize the discussion

The more fields you enable, the more context the AI has to deliver a relevant, engaging experience.

Getting Started

Go to Settings → Personal Link in your dashboard
Your link is displayed at the top — click to copy it
Configure your intake form, branding, and other settings
Share your link and start receiving meetings
