Latest Conversations
Section titled “Latest Conversations”The Latest Conversations section on your Dashboard gives you fast access to your most recent recorded conversations without leaving the home screen.
What You’ll See
Section titled “What You’ll See”- Up to four recent cards, each showing a still image (or a branded placeholder), the conversation title, and the date and time it took place.
- A View all link that opens the full Conversations page.
Opening a Conversation
Section titled “Opening a Conversation”Click any card to open the full conversation, complete with its transcript and recording. From there you can read along, play back the recording, and revisit exactly what was said.
