The Join Flow
Section titled “The Join Flow”Step 1: Click the Link
Section titled “Step 1: Click the Link”Guests receive your meeting link via:
- Email invitation
- Calendar event
- Website embed
- Direct message
Step 2: Pre-Call Setup
Section titled “Step 2: Pre-Call Setup”Before joining, guests:
- Grant camera/mic permissions
- Test their audio and video
- Fill out your intake form
Step 3: Enter Meeting
Section titled “Step 3: Enter Meeting”After setup:
- Meeting room loads
- AI avatar appears
- Conversation begins
What Guests See
Section titled “What Guests See”Loading Screen
Section titled “Loading Screen”Brief loading state while:
- Room initializes
- Avatar connects
- Systems synchronize
Welcome Message
Section titled “Welcome Message”AI greets the guest:
- Uses their name from intake
- Sets meeting context
- Begins conversation naturally
Troubleshooting Join Issues
Section titled “Troubleshooting Join Issues”If guests can’t join:
- Check link hasn’t expired
- Verify browser compatibility
- Ensure device permissions
- Try a different browser
