Past Conversations
Section titled “Past Conversations”Below the Live section, the Conversations page lists your Past conversations grouped by date — Today, Yesterday, then by day. Use the Refresh button to reload the list at any time.
What a Past Card Shows
Section titled “What a Past Card Shows”Each past conversation card includes:
- A 16:9 still image from the conversation, or a branded placeholder with the company’s icon when no image is available.
- A duration overlay showing how long the conversation ran.
- A title for the conversation.
- The date and time it took place.
Opening a Conversation
Section titled “Opening a Conversation”Click any card to open the full conversation. There you’ll find the complete transcript alongside the recording, so you can read along or play back exactly what happened.
