Live Now

The Live Now section appears on your Dashboard only when one or more conversations are active. It gives you an at-a-glance view so you can jump in when needed.

What You’ll See

Up to four live cards, one per active conversation.
Conversations that need a human are shown first, so requests for a live person never get buried.
A View all link that takes you to the full Live Conversations view.

When nothing is live, the section simply doesn’t appear — keeping your dashboard focused on what matters.

Jumping In

Click a card to open the conversation, where you can review the live transcript and step in with Join or Take Over. For the complete set of live controls, see Live Conversations.
