Deleting a Conversation

You can remove a past conversation from your account when you no longer need it.

What Gets Removed

Deleting a conversation permanently removes:

• The conversation entry from your Past list
• Its transcript
• Its recording

This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete

1. Open the Conversations page and find the conversation in your Past list.
2. Open the conversation, then choose to delete it.
3. Confirm when prompted.

Before You Delete

Since deletion is permanent, take a moment first to:

• Download or copy anything you want to keep from the transcript.
• Make sure no one else on your team still needs the conversation.
