Post-Call Redirect

Automatically send guests to a specific URL after their meeting ends. Use this to continue the conversation — whether that’s a booking page, a pricing page, a thank-you page, or a feedback survey.

  1. Go to Personal Link → Redirect in your settings
  2. Toggle the redirect on
  3. Enter the destination URL
  4. Save your changes

The URL is validated as you type — you’ll see a checkmark when the format is valid. If you enter a URL without https://, it’s added automatically.

When a meeting ends and redirect is enabled, guests see a branded transition page:

  • Your company logo, name, and brand colors are displayed (from your branding settings)
  • A 5-second countdown timer with a progress bar shows when the redirect will happen
  • A “Continue Now” button lets guests skip the countdown
  • A “Cancel” option lets guests stay on the page instead

The redirect only applies to guests — as the host, you won’t be redirected after meetings.

Redirect to destinations that continue the guest’s journey:

  • Thank-you page — acknowledge the meeting and provide next steps
  • Calendar booking link — let guests schedule a follow-up with you or your team (works with any scheduling platform)
  • Product demo or pricing page — guide interested guests toward conversion
  • Resource library or case studies — share relevant content based on the conversation
  • Feedback survey — collect post-meeting feedback while the experience is fresh
  • Custom landing page — any URL that makes sense for your workflow

BuzzTrail recognizes URLs from 150+ scheduling platforms. When you enter a calendar booking URL, the system automatically identifies it as a scheduling link — making it easy to connect your AI meetings with human follow-ups.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Personal Link
  2. Scroll to the Post-Call Redirect section
  3. Toggle the switch to enable redirect
  4. Enter your destination URL in the text field
  5. The URL is validated in real time — look for the checkmark
  6. Changes save automatically

To disable redirect, simply toggle the switch off. Your previously entered URL is preserved for when you re-enable it.

  • Choose URLs that continue engagement — the guest just had a conversation, so send them somewhere that builds on it
  • Match the conversation context — a pricing page works well after a product demo; a resources page works well after an educational chat
  • Test the redirect — visit your Personal Link, complete a short test meeting, and verify the redirect works as expected
  • Use HTTPS URLs — all redirect URLs should use HTTPS for security
  • Keep the destination relevant — avoid generic homepages; link to something specific and actionable
