Section titled “Removing Fields”Delete intake form fields.
Remove a Field
Section titled “Remove a Field”- Go to Personal Link settings
- Find the field
- Click delete icon
- Confirm removal
Considerations
Section titled “Considerations”Before removing:
- Data from past forms stays
- New submissions won’t have field
- Can’t undo deletion
