Section titled “Sign Up Flow”The complete signup process.
Step 1: Avatar Selection
Section titled “Step 1: Avatar Selection”Pick your AI representative:
- Browse available options
- Preview each avatar
- Select the one that fits your brand
Step 2: Framework
Section titled “Step 2: Framework”Select your sales methodology:
- MEDDIC
- BANT
- SPIN
- Challenger
- Custom
Step 3: Authentication
Section titled “Step 3: Authentication”Create your account using your work email (personal email addresses like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook are not accepted):
- Google OAuth (recommended) - Sign in with your work Google account
- Email + Password - Enter your work email and create a password (8+ characters)
- Magic Link - Receive a secure sign-in link via email
What Happens After Signup
Section titled “What Happens After Signup”- Your company domain is automatically added as a knowledge source
- BuzzTrail crawls your website and generates an AI prompt configuration
- Your personal meeting link is created and ready to share
- You’re redirected to Settings to complete any remaining configuration
