Payment Method
Section titled “Payment Method”Add a payment method to cover usage beyond your free monthly minutes.
Adding a Payment Method
Section titled “Adding a Payment Method”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your credit or debit card details
- Click Save
You can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link for faster checkout.
Viewing Your Payment Method
Section titled “Viewing Your Payment Method”Your current payment method shows:
- Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Last 4 digits
- Expiration date
Updating Your Card
Section titled “Updating Your Card”To change your payment method:
- Remove your current card
- Add a new one using the steps above
Removing a Payment Method
Section titled “Removing a Payment Method”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Remove next to your card
- Confirm removal
What Happens Without a Payment Method
Section titled “What Happens Without a Payment Method”- Your 10 free minutes per month still work
- If you exceed the free tier without a card on file, new meetings will be blocked
- Add a payment method to continue using BuzzTrail beyond the free allowance
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Usage charges are billed monthly. You can view your billing history and estimated costs on the Billing page in Settings.
