Billing & Usage
Section titled “Billing & Usage”BuzzTrail uses usage-based pricing. You get free minutes each month, and pay per minute beyond that.
How Pricing Works
Section titled “How Pricing Works”- 10 free minutes included every month
- $1.00 per minute after the free tier
- Billed monthly based on actual usage
- No upfront commitment or plan tiers
Usage Dashboard
Section titled “Usage Dashboard”Your usage summary in Settings → Billing shows:
- Minutes used this billing period
- Free minutes remaining out of your 10-minute allowance
- Billable minutes beyond the free tier
- Estimated cost for the current period
- A progress bar showing how much of your limit you’ve used
Usage Limits
Section titled “Usage Limits”Set limits to control spending:
Monthly Minute Cap
Section titled “Monthly Minute Cap”Set a maximum number of minutes per month (10–1,000 minutes, or unlimited). When you reach your cap:
- New meetings are blocked with a notification
- Your AI avatar goes offline until the next billing period
- Existing active meetings are not interrupted
Max Call Duration
Section titled “Max Call Duration”Set a per-meeting time limit (5–120 minutes). When a meeting reaches this limit:
- The AI begins wrapping up the conversation
- The meeting ends shortly after
Warning Threshold
Section titled “Warning Threshold”Get notified before hitting your cap. Set a percentage (for capped accounts) or minute threshold (for unlimited accounts) to receive an alert.
Billing Period
Section titled “Billing Period”- Each billing period is one calendar month
- Usage resets at the start of each month
- View past periods from the billing page
