Section titled “Filtering & Search”Find specific meetings quickly with search and filters.
Search
Section titled “Search”Quick Search
Section titled “Quick Search”Type in the search box to find:
- Participant names
- Meeting titles
- URLs
Results update as you type.
Advanced Search
Section titled “Advanced Search”Click the filter icon for:
- Exact phrase matching
- Multiple criteria
- Saved searches
Filters
Section titled “Filters”Date Range
Section titled “Date Range”Narrow by time period:
- Today
- This week
- This month
- Custom range
Bot Mode
Section titled “Bot Mode”Show specific meeting types:
- AI Avatar only
- Notetaker only
- All meetings
Status
Section titled “Status”Filter by meeting state:
- Upcoming
- Live
- Completed
- Cancelled
Saving Filters
Section titled “Saving Filters”Create Saved Filter
Section titled “Create Saved Filter”- Set your filter criteria
- Click “Save Filter”
- Name your filter
- Access anytime from dropdown
Default View
Section titled “Default View”Set your preferred default:
- Configure filters
- Click “Set as Default”
- Loads automatically on visit
