Email Settings
Section titled “Email Settings”Control which emails you receive from BuzzTrail.
Email Notifications
Section titled “Email Notifications”Toggle email notifications on or off in Settings → Email. When enabled, you receive:
- Meeting summary emails — a recap sent to you after each meeting ends, including key points from the conversation
- Avatar training updates — notifications when your custom avatar finishes training or if training fails
- Personal link ready — confirmation when your personal link is set up and ready to share
Your notification email address is the one you used to sign up.
Follow-Up Email Settings
Section titled “Follow-Up Email Settings”Follow-up emails are configured per personal link, not in global email settings. To manage follow-up emails sent to your guests:
- Go to your Personal Link settings
- Find the Follow-Up Email section
- Configure sender name, sign-off, and custom links

Unsubscribe Management
Section titled “Unsubscribe Management”Guests who receive follow-up emails can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email footer. Unsubscribes are per-host — a guest unsubscribing from your emails does not affect other hosts.
