File Upload

Upload documents so your AI avatar can reference them during meetings. The more relevant material you provide, the better your avatar can answer questions about your product or service.

Supported Formats

PDF documents
HTML pages
Plain text files (.txt)

How to Upload

Go to Settings → Knowledge
Click Upload File or drag and drop a file into the upload area
Wait for processing to complete — a status indicator shows progress
Once processed, the file is added to your AI’s knowledge base

Processing Status

After uploading, each file shows its current status:

Processing — the file is being analyzed and indexed
Ready — content is available for your AI to reference
Failed — the file couldn’t be processed (try re-uploading or using a different format)

How Uploaded Documents Help

Your AI avatar uses uploaded documents to:

Answer detailed product questions during meetings
Reference specific facts, pricing, or specifications
Stay consistent with your official messaging and materials

The AI draws on this knowledge naturally during conversation — it doesn’t read documents word-for-word, but uses the information to give informed, accurate responses.

Battle cards and competitive analysis

Tips

Keep documents up to date — remove outdated files and upload current versions
Focused documents work better than large, general ones
The AI works best with clearly written, well-structured content
