Calendar Sync

Automatically sync meetings from your calendar.

Connecting Your Calendar

Section titled “Connecting Your Calendar”

Google Calendar

Section titled “Google Calendar”
  1. Go to Settings > Calendar
  2. Click “Connect Google Calendar”
  3. Authorize BuzzTrail access
  4. Select calendars to sync

What Syncs

BuzzTrail imports:

  • Meetings with video links
  • Zoom, Meet, Teams URLs
  • Event title and time
  • Recurring events

Sync Settings

Auto Bot Mode

Section titled “Auto Bot Mode”

Set default behavior:

  • AI Avatar for external meetings
  • Notetaker for internal
  • Manual selection for all

Sync Frequency

Section titled “Sync Frequency”

Calendars sync:

  • Every 15 minutes automatically
  • Instantly when you refresh
  • On demand from Settings

Managing Synced Meetings

Section titled “Managing Synced Meetings”

Override Settings

Section titled “Override Settings”

Change any synced meeting:

  1. Find in Upcoming
  2. Edit settings
  3. Your changes override sync

Stop Syncing

Section titled “Stop Syncing”

Remove calendar connection:

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar
  2. Click “Disconnect”
  3. Existing meetings remain
  4. No new meetings sync
