This guide shows how Champion (Internal Advocate) professionals integrate BuzzTrail into their daily routine to maximize productivity and results.

Morning Routine

Check Your Dashboard

Start each day by reviewing your BuzzTrail dashboard:

  1. Live Meetings - See any meetings currently in progress
  2. Upcoming Meetings - Review your scheduled AI meetings for the day
  3. Recent Transcripts - Catch up on overnight meeting summaries

Review Overnight Activity

If you have international prospects or after-hours coverage enabled:

  • Check transcripts from meetings that occurred while you were away
  • Review AI qualification results and next steps
  • Flag priority follow-ups for immediate action

During the Day

Scheduling AI Meetings

When prospects request meetings:

  1. Share Your Personal Link - Send your BuzzTrail meeting link via email or LinkedIn
  2. Add to Calendar - For existing calendar invites, add the meeting URL to BuzzTrail
  3. Choose Bot Mode - Select AI Avatar for autonomous meetings or Notetaker for attended calls

Monitoring Live Meetings

While your AI handles conversations:

  • Watch the live transcript from your dashboard
  • Intervene if needed using the “Take Over” feature
  • End meetings early if qualification criteria aren’t met

Post-Meeting Actions

After each AI meeting:

  1. Review the full transcript
  2. Rate AI responses for training improvement
  3. Add notes and tags for follow-up
  4. Update your CRM with meeting outcomes
