Before joining, you’ll check your audio and video.

Video Preview

You’ll see:

• Your camera view
• How you appear to others
• Option to turn off video

Audio Check

Verify your microphone:

• Speak and watch the level indicator
• Ensure your voice is picked up
• Select a different mic if needed

Device Selection

If you have multiple devices:

• Click the dropdown
• Select your preferred camera
• Select your preferred microphone
• Select your speakers

Ready to Join

Once everything looks good:

• Complete the intake form
• Click “Join Meeting”
• The meeting room loads
