Joining a Meeting

Joining a BuzzTrail Meeting

Follow these steps to join your meeting.

Open the meeting link you received via:

  • Email invitation
  • Calendar event
  • Direct message

Step 2: Allow Permissions

Your browser will ask for:

  • Camera access - So the AI can see you
  • Microphone access - So you can speak

Click “Allow” for both.

Step 3: Test Your Devices

The pre-call screen lets you:

  • See your video preview
  • Check your audio levels
  • Select different devices if needed

Step 4: Complete the Form

Enter requested information:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Any other questions

Step 5: Join

Click “Join Meeting” to enter the room.

Troubleshooting

Camera Not Working

  • Check browser permissions
  • Ensure camera isn’t used elsewhere
  • Try a different browser

Audio Not Working

  • Check browser permissions
  • Verify microphone selection
  • Test with a different mic
