What Are Rules

Rules automatically:

  • Find specific patterns
  • Mask matching text
  • Apply across transcripts

Creating a Rule

  1. Find an entity
  2. Click “Create Rule”
  3. Define the pattern
  4. Set replacement text
  5. Save

Rule Management

View and edit rules:

  • Settings > Privacy Rules
  • See all active rules
  • Edit or delete as needed
