Troubleshoot pre-call setup issues.

Permission Errors

If camera/mic blocked:

  1. Check browser permissions
  2. Allow BuzzTrail access
  3. Refresh the page

Device Errors

If device not found:

  1. Verify device is connected
  2. Check system settings
  3. Try different device

Connection Errors

If can’t connect:

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Try different browser
  3. Clear cache and retry
