Meeting Lifecycle

Scheduled

Meeting is planned:

• Appears in Upcoming
• Bot will join at time
• Can be edited

Starting

Bot is joining:

• Connection in progress
• Usually < 30 seconds
• Status shows “Joining”

Active

Meeting in progress:

• Appears in Live
• Transcript updating
• Controls available

Ending

Meeting wrapping up:

• AI saying goodbye
• Finalizing recording
• Brief transition

Completed

Meeting finished:

• Transcript available
• Recording saved
• Appears in Past

Troubleshooting States

Stuck in Starting

If meeting won’t start:

• Check meeting URL validity
• Verify platform is supported
• Ensure meeting is active

Unexpected End

If meeting ends early:

• Check meeting settings
• Review for errors
• Contact support if needed
