Recurring Meeting Settings

Configure BuzzTrail for recurring meetings.

How Recurring Meetings Work

When you connect your calendar:

  • Recurring events sync automatically
  • Each occurrence gets its own meeting entry
  • Settings apply to the entire series

Configuring Recurring Meetings

From Calendar Sync

Most recurring meetings come from your calendar:

  1. Create the recurring event in Google Calendar
  2. BuzzTrail syncs automatically
  3. Each occurrence appears in Upcoming

Bot Mode for Series

Set bot mode for all occurrences:

  1. Find any meeting in the series
  2. Click edit
  3. Select “Apply to all”
  4. Choose your bot mode
  5. Save

Exceptions

Make one occurrence different:

  1. Find the specific date
  2. Edit just that meeting
  3. Don’t select “Apply to all”
  4. Changes apply only to that date
