Meeting Errors

Troubleshoot common meeting issues.

Spawn Failures

Bot Won’t Join

If the bot fails to join:

Check the meeting URL:

  • Ensure it’s a valid meeting link
  • Verify the meeting hasn’t ended
  • Check platform compatibility

Check timing:

  • Bot joins at scheduled time
  • Allow 1-2 minutes for connection
  • Early joining not supported

Connection Lost

If the bot disconnects:

  • Meeting may have ended
  • Network issues possible
  • Check meeting status in dashboard

Platform Issues

Zoom

  • Ensure waiting room allows bots
  • Check meeting password if required
  • Verify host permissions

Google Meet

  • Meeting must be started
  • Check calendar event settings
  • Verify join permissions

Microsoft Teams

  • External participant settings
  • Meeting policy configuration
  • Link format requirements

Getting Help

If issues persist:

  1. Note the error message
  2. Check meeting settings
  3. Try recreating the meeting
