Ending Meetings Early

How to stop a meeting before it naturally concludes.

When to End Early

You might end a meeting early when:

  • The prospect isn’t a fit
  • Technical issues occur
  • You need to take over manually
  • The conversation has completed

How to End a Meeting

From Dashboard

  1. Find the meeting in Live Meetings
  2. Click the meeting card
  3. Select “End Meeting”
  4. Confirm

From Meeting View

  1. Open the live meeting
  2. Click “End Meeting” button
  3. Confirm

What Happens

Graceful Ending

By default, BuzzTrail:

  1. Signals the AI to wrap up
  2. AI says a natural goodbye
  3. Disconnects after farewell
  4. Saves the recording

Immediate Stop

For urgent situations:

  1. Use “End Now” option
  2. AI disconnects immediately
  3. No goodbye message
  4. Recording still saves
