Choose how BuzzTrail participates in your meetings.
AI Avatar Mode
Your AI representative conducts the meeting autonomously.
How it works:
- AI avatar appears on video
- Speaks and responds naturally
- Follows your sales methodology
- Captures full transcript
Best for:
- Discovery calls
- Initial qualification
- Demo requests
- After-hours meetings
You can still:
- Monitor live from dashboard
- Intervene if needed
- End early if necessary
Notetaker Mode
AI joins silently to record and transcribe.
How it works:
- Joins as “BuzzTrail Notetaker”
- No video or audio output
- Captures everything said
- Generates transcript after
Best for:
- Meetings you attend
- Important calls to reference later
- Training data collection
Participants see:
- A notification that recording is active
- Standard meeting recording indicators
Switching Modes
You can change bot mode before a meeting starts:
- Find the meeting in Upcoming
- Click edit (pencil icon)
- Select new bot mode
- Save changes
Once a meeting starts, the mode cannot be changed.
