Connection Issues

Dashboard Not Loading

If the dashboard won’t load:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Try refreshing the page
3. Clear browser cache
4. Try a different browser

Live Updates Stopped

If real-time updates freeze:

1. Check the connection indicator
2. Refresh the page
3. Sign out and back in

Data Issues

Missing Meetings

If expected meetings don’t appear:

1. Check your date filters
2. Verify the meeting was created
3. Wait a few moments and refresh
4. Check the Meetings page directly

Incorrect Stats

If metrics seem wrong:

1. Note the time period selected
2. Refresh the dashboard
3. Check individual meetings for accuracy
4. Contact support if issues persist
