Quick actions available from your BuzzTrail dashboard.

Meeting Controls

End Meeting

Stop any live meeting immediately:

1. Find the meeting in Live Meetings
2. Click the meeting card
3. Select “End Meeting”
4. Confirm your choice

The AI will wrap up the conversation naturally before disconnecting.

Kick Avatar (Emergency)

If something goes wrong:

1. Click “Emergency Stop” on the meeting
2. The avatar disconnects immediately
3. The meeting recording saves automatically

Use this only when necessary - normal “End Meeting” is preferred.

Navigation Actions

Quick Add Meeting

Add a new meeting directly from the dashboard:

1. Click “Add Meeting” button
2. Paste the meeting URL
3. Select bot mode
4. Save

View All Meetings

Access your full meeting list:

• Click “View All” in any section
• Opens the complete Meetings page
• Includes filtering and search
