Dashboard Overview

Your BuzzTrail dashboard is the command center for all meeting activity. Here you’ll monitor live meetings, review recent transcripts, and track your key metrics.

Dashboard Layout

Live Meetings Section

The top of your dashboard shows any meetings currently in progress:

  • Meeting cards display participant names and duration
  • Live transcript preview shows the conversation as it happens
  • Quick actions let you view details or end meetings early

Recent Transcripts

Below live meetings, you’ll find your most recent completed conversations:

  • Click any card to open the full transcript
  • See meeting duration and participant count
  • Quick indicators show training status

Stats Overview

Key metrics about your meeting activity:

  • Total meetings this period
  • Hours of conversation recorded
  • Upcoming scheduled meetings

Refresh and Updates

The dashboard updates automatically, but you can manually refresh:

  • Pull down on mobile devices
  • Click the refresh icon on desktop
  • Data updates every 30 seconds during live meetings

Filtering Your View

Customize what you see:

  • Filter by date range
  • Show only certain meeting types
  • Hide completed items
